Many legal aid organizations also deal with certain cases concerning immigration problems.

1964 was the year of creation of the Legal Services Office the aim of which was to organize voluntary legal communities and provide different legal aid services. Later this organization was replaced by a non-profit one known as Legal Services Corporation. It finances legal aid organizations, provides technical assistance and special training programs for private attorneys providing legal services for free.
